<sup>Angela Santana is a Swiss artist based in New York, recognized for her vibrant, large-scale oil paintings. Her work critically examines the historical representation of the female body, drawing from classical poses in art history and exploring their enduring influence on contemporary culture.

Embracing the internet as a modern-day muse, Santana observes the rapid circulation and consumption of images online, interrogating the power structures and embedded biases that shape— and often distort—perception and collective consciousness.
